The idea of creating a whole human being to ‘relieve’ symptoms short term is just 🤯 Another planet honestly. Spent the one pregnancy I did have absolutely terrified about how would cope with ‘low pain threshold’. Turns out had been in training for 15 years & was tough as old boots 💪

A female dr once told her being over dramatic about periods was learned behaviour 😂 Another consultants treatment advice was get pregnant! D’s chin was on the floor the first time he went to hospital with her…think he thought she was exaggerating!

Oh the things that have been said to M over the years! 1st sought help at 13 and got diagnosed mid 30’s. She didn’t get remotely listened to until she could say it was only a dramatic symptom that stopped her having baby at home as 17 hours in was still waiting for it to exceed ‘normal’ pain!

Very true! Identified yes…dealt with, not so much. Another one of the those long term issues. Endometriosis for the record…we are all for raising awareness for these silent problems where getting quality of life/treatment is is an uphill struggle & not hiding in silence!

It’s an oldie tbh…she was on a restricted diet trying to get to bottom of health issues. She’s back on the pies now and much comfier to sit on 😉😂 Yeah, any ‘sitting with’ never mind cuddling is purely done on my own terms when I’m in the mood. And if I fancy your spot on the sofa then move!

Sadly not…I went through a phase of responding to talk with a noise like a sneeze…M tried very hard to get me to do it at the command ‘Sneeze’ but I was having none of it 😂
