Dinner tonight is Savory Pop Tarts

they are puff pastry with a roasted butternut squash puree, chopped bacon, honey goat cheese, caramelized onion, hot honey & pomegranate seeds

The only thing I’d change is I would add an arugula salad on top for some sour & bitterness
