come to think of it if there was a feature where you could completely restrict an account from interacting with you for a set amount of time without fully blocking them it'd definitely draw people here from twitter and other places 🤔👀

@bsky.app when are you going to implement direct messages and private accounts? i have many friends on twitter/X who hate it there and are looking for a new platform, i think many would gladly come here but the lack of basic features such as these are stopping them from moving here permanently?
