We’re in a child poverty emergency, and it'll only get worse unless the Government does more.

An image of a person taped to a bin has been shared widely on social media with claims it shows an “Antifa member” who has been put there by “patriots”.

But this is actually a piece of performance art in Berlin from 2015.
Photo of person taped to bin is performance art, and nothing to do with ‘Antifa’ – Full Fact

Farage made you poorer with Brexit.
Farage caused the small boat problem.
Farage thinks Doctors are wrong about cancer and cigarettes.
Farage supports Trump.
Farage is soft on Putin.
Farage blames immigrants and not billionaires.

Remind me why you’re going to vote for him?

No one should be stuck in the awful position of waiting months on end for mental health services.

It's time to supercharge mental health care in this country.

Great to see the right-wing lies being totally demolished. Poverty & the increasing inequality gap has been a political choice in the U.K. for far too long.

How do these people get into Parliament.. It's quite scary. All parties seem intent on targeting the most vulnerable. The biggest rip off in the UK is the wages bill and all the expenses for politicians.
Why does the tax payers have to pay the bills of richer tax payers and for all their expenses!.

Not so long ago, Jenrick would have been sacked by now. His comments were racially selective and many will say racist, failed to mention other parts of white majority Britain and he further stigmatised ethnic communities. But in these times he’s still being talked about as a next leader.

Lords Heseltine & Kinnock seem more alive to these self-evident truths than most members of the Commons. Similarly, I find thinkers with direct lived experience of far right dictatorship, Greeks of a certain age for example, crystal clear about what’s happening now.
“You described Reform and other parties across Europe today as among the 'right wing equivalents of the fascists in the 1930s'. Why?”

“Because that’s what they are”

@vicderbyshire.bsky.social asks Lord Heseltine about remarks he made at Conservative Party Conference.
