We took our dog out tonight but he wear a costume. The last seven days were hellish that I didn’t finish my Halloween decorating. Hubby landed in the hospital and had emergency surgery last week and I didn’t get the dog costumes out today.

I’ve had irises open for the first time this year. :) peonies and poppies are opening up. The neighbor’s roses. They don’t live here full time , they are neglected and thrive. One of mine was stolen last year and the other died.

The wind is still at a gentle breeze. Been in my yard all morning. Took out the felines for a day in the sun. It was nice to see my two littermates, Rey and Romanov, getting along. They lived apart for six years and were reunited last year. They don’t get along and it makes me sad. LB, our older

We are expecting some pretty cold weather. Today was the first day I took a good walk of the year. Went with a friend and we came down by the river. Enjoy.
