Nonprofit friends - what are your thoughts on continuing to use instagram and facebook given recent events? Are you using other platforms or advertising to offset the lost audience (if Facebook or Instagram were significant to the community you serve)? Any ideas would be appreciated!

It'd be great to see "witness work" acknowledged more in job descriptions and the workplace in general. A large chunk of any social service job is the emotional work that comes as you witness trauma and injustice. I'm curious about what effect recognizing this would have on our industry. #nonprofit

We really need training systems and transparency regulations in place for any government-used algorithm. I know too many #nonprofit orgs without any #tech focused positions. How can we look out for the communities we serve without this knowledge?
