If the economists that claim that the tariff formula denominator has the wrong coefficient (set at 0.25 rather than close to 1) are right… a 48% tariff should be 12% by their calc and they’re all 4 times dumber than we thought

In Spain it’s basically impossible, there has to be a happy medium to this to protect tenants while ensuring the risk to owners is not so high that they refuse to rent their properties

If you’re in a nation without a top youth rating, you simply have to farm. The talk of a dynamic youth rate is BS, I’ve done a long term BAN save in Poland the rating barely moved despite winning UCLs etc.
