Just realised I never did an update on my old man. After several vet visits, they determined that he had an upper respiratory infection, so he was given antibiotics and decongestants. He's now back to his normal self and my wallet's about £200 lighter 🤣, but it's worth it to see him well again 😻

My little old man is under the weather today 😢 he's very much a "I want to be alone" kinda cat when unwell but this evening, he's decided to come on to my lap for some pets and head boops 🥹😍 hopefully that means he's feeling better and we can avoid a vet visit 🤞(photo below for the cat tax)

My mum's cat, Monty, went OTRB this evening 😭 he wasn't mine but I still love him so much and I'm heartbroken 💔, but it was time - he had aggressive cancer and had been struggling for a while 😥. It was quick and peaceful, couldn't have asked for better. I'm gonna miss the big lug so much 😭

I don't bother with a tree at home because 1. I have a cat and 2. I spend most of my time at my parents over the holidays anyway. So today I helped Mum decorate her tree. I think it turned out great! I just hope her cats leave it alone!! 🤣
