From @theatlantic.com @elainegodfrey.bsky.social. In early April NYT fg, no Trump vtr would change their vote. In our late April fgs & survey, more (not all!) shared regret. Trump voters shifting? Or diff btwn “regret” & “would change vote”? We’ll keep exploring. Majority of Trump vtrs still w/him.

From our latest @nytopinion.nytimes.com focus group, this time with Trump voters. They give him mostly Bs & Cs, and are at times both worried and optimistic about tariffs, hoping to pay no more than 3-5% more in prices. No one would go back & change their vote.
