Fun lil date night with my man seeing @blindpilotofficial.bsky.social play in Everett. Our running joke is that I like "jug band" music. I'm like, no, this band isn't like that. And then they come out with an upright bass and banjo, and I'm like, okay. Point made.

Yesterday my betrothed spotted this hummingbird in our garden.

I like hummingbirds.

I also like the word "betrothed."

If you zoom in, you can see a humming bird feeding on a flowering currant bush. The petals are a light pink. In the background is blue siding.

This is my dog and my cat cuddling and napping together earlier today.

I love it because my cat was terrified of my dog for many months. My dog (Scott) chased after my cat (Blitzen) one day, and it spooked Blitzen for a long time.

Now they're friends. I love it. 🥰

There is a wild rat on the loose in my house.

I repeat:

At first I thought it was a mouse, but then my brother saw a RAT run under our fridge.
