Reminds me of my other favorite Mary Oliver poem, which I believe begins: “You do not have to be good/to be on “Jenna and Friends” with wife Jenna Bush Hager.

Last year this baby doll (“big scary baby”) showed up on our playground. Now I hide it around our childcare facility to scare my valued and beloved employees. I nailed it last night.

But that means that now, BSB could be lurking anywhere, around any corner, waiting to attack.

This Black History Month, I've been reflecting on the many Black leaders in the fight for sex ed. I was especially taken by the story of Louisiana State Representative Alphonse Jackson, who introduced legislation for 5 consecutive years to repeal the ban on sex ed in his state.

Living on an island is great if you want to bring back some of that “working parents trying to coordinate picking you up from an afterschool event during middle school” vibe that we all miss so much as adults.

Happy national condom day!

I love condoms as an invention so much I would write a Valentine to them even if their day wasn’t celebrated on V-day already.

They’re cheap, easy to manufacture, and prevent both STIs and pregnancy—a sexual health advocate/educator/provider’s dream.

Orange Frank, constantly looking like he’s been photoshopped into the scene, and like his paws were AI generated.

Sometimes I have a thought and then another thought follows that one without any warning and then all of a sudden I’m doing something truly sociopathic like putting my face in Christmas ornaments to give to my best friends.

Sometimes I look at Real Frank sitting on top of the bookshelf, where Orange Frank can’t get him, staring straight at the wall, and I think: “you know what, I get it.”

Does your “w** a** p****” make his “pull out game weak?” If you’re able to become pregnant and not comfortable with the possibility—or you or your partner are not exclusively having sex with each other—use a condom to prevent pregnancy and STIs! #nationalcondommonth
