Just a thought: I would love an open-world racing game with cars from established series. I'm talking about Wacky Races, (Team) Knight Rider, Ridge Racer, A-Team, Speed Racer, Twisted Metal, Vigilante 8, Burnout, San Fran Rush, hell throw a Warthog in there too.

My biggest gripe is that theres NOTHING to the actual game: no story, no post-game content, no reason to keep playing.
Get quest from AI-voiced NPC, go out solo or with friends, gather stuff, maybe get into a firefight, go back and make stuff.
The voice lines are maybe 30m total worth of speaking.
