We are very proud of our boy. He has come a long way in the 7 months since we adopted him from the shelter. He had lived there for 10 months since the time he was picked up as a puppy.
It was the day before his euthanasia date.

If you can tell what color the flower was or the stem near the seed head is still green, they need a little more time. Everything should be brown and crunchy.

Yesterday was so much fun. I represented Monarch Watch and Okies for Monarchs at Broken Arrow Parks’ seed swap. I saw dear friends and talked to participants about helping our pollinators by planting native host and nectar plants. I loved hearing about their projects and seeing their excitement.
