Somalis have refugee status, temporary protection status, and asylum. They aren't "illegal". The US has always had programs for people fleeing and displaced by horrific conditions. Biden didn't invent American decency. DJT is just trying to erase it.

Three options are:
* Affordable care act
* Medicare for All
* Universal healthcare
There are advantages to each, and much of it is actually legislation that makes sure everyone is covered, pre-existing just means past medical history, etc. We are the only developed country not to do one of these.
