What a lovely thing for BBC Sounds to have featured Là Luain - the first song we wrote together.

Remember there's a whole load of new songs on the way for our Depositions première at Celtic Connections. Have you got your tickets yet?

That was my mistake entirely, but it is important to bring these conversations into the light. Whether we're speakers, allies or critics of these languages, nobody gets it right all the time. But with meaningful, good faith engagement, we can all be bridge across the #CarryingStream.

I would like to clarify that the specific article I raise as an example was in #TheSkinny, not #SnackMag. Emotions were heightened discussing that, but I didn't mean to cast aspertions on unconnected parties.

Whatever your language competence, I hope this underscores that #multilingualism is your gift to explore and get creative with.

The chat at the end too was great to be part of, and raise some common contemporary issues. Some compare and contrast between the situations of #Welsh and #Gaelic.

For me, there was lots to take away from the reading that follows my own from Menna, which I am sure will be fascinating for Gaelic speakers in a wider #CelticLanguages context, and anyone who loves poetry - just because of the joy of #multilingualism.

It's always a joy to spend time with other writers working in minoritised and community languages, and my thanks to Mohamed and Màiri for creating this space for us both to read, speak and share lived experince.
