Like others have said, we would put kid's programmes on the telly. If possible sit them next to you in the chair and doze with them leaning into you - we found that it often resulted in them dozing off for a bit as well

For me, it was following the same team as my Dad. For years I cursed that decision - I grew up in an area surrounded by United fans while they were winning everything and we were being relegated. Got a lot of stick at school. Right now, though, I couldn't be happier

I'm not quite 40, so I'll just about take that as a win. Really wanted Iron Mike to flatten him, but being in the UK I would have had to wake up at about 4am. Glad I took the option for extra sleep

Question for next week's mailbag (should there be one). Does Sam have any insight into how the injured City players (and the wider England squad in general) have taken to Kane's comments about country before club? Those comments can't be helpful to the national team
