I had accidentally put a mask inside a group at the beginning of the stream (red), but needed it at the end (green), with a bunch of nodes needing to be put between them.

I asked in the Mari discord and was told no, there is no ungrouping, just copy / paste. What. The bizarre workflows continue! 🫠

I think that's what's driving me mad - there's no way to paint on the projection pane and then check if it's in the right spot until you bake the changes. And then you can't erase afterwards, unless you lift the paint again? It just seems like such a weird way to work compared to Substance 😐
