Former Navy Diver and spy. Was sent to find out what Andrew Ryan was up to, but got caught up in the fame of being Jonny Topside. Had too much fun. Got addicted to Plasmids.
Ryan caught on and had him turned into a Big Daddy, which stripped him of his autonomy until Eleanor saved him.
