Found this sweet little thing resting on our windowsill today. I worried he was lost and next door's cat would get him, but he seemed OK and ended up leaving all by himself after resting in the sun… and trying to munch on this big weed 😆 I'm guessing it was a juvenile exploring the garden? So smol 🥹

A year ago exactly, I finally discovered #KeepingTime (everyone else was already reading it, wth was I doing...? 🤨) and started bugging the super lovely @kodyisover.com on the regular 😆 I've drawn a few pieces I'm still very happy with, hope I get to draw more in the future!

Progress on Jinu has been Super Slow, plus I'm having trouble layering/blending all the different effects and so nothing looks right... 😔🙄 I'll get there, though. Be patient, demon boi!

Nothing to post about lately (art block plus… well, everything happening everywhere 😔) so I thought I'd share some of my garden flowers. Maybe they'll help brighten someone's day 💖

A small-ish hydrangea shrub, with three large heads of dark pink flowers with white edges, and lots of bright green leaves.

I bought one of the magpie pins earlier this year when they came back in stock and it is SO PRETTY! 🤩😍

I got two and sent its twin to my bestie in France so I had to wait to keep it a surprise (and then forgot for a bit 😅), but now I can finally say thank you so much @asmeesh.bsky.social!!

One week later and loooook!! I've never seen so many flowers on it 🤩💜

The same rhododendron shrub but most of the buds have now bloomed into beautiful purple flowers.

I'm travelling again this coming week so of course my rhododendron is about to flower 🙃

The poor thing was in a sorry state for years, and a couple of years ago I finally had the guts to prune it back hard. It worked! Every spring I await its beautiful flowers and it finally has lots of them!! 💜

A week ago I shared my first attempt at a mini comic, and I wanted to share the thumbnails because... well 🤣

Also, to the various people who told me giving #comics a go would be fun? I hate you.

Josh, now done talking, stands there with a rather stunned look on his face (and a large sweatdrop on the side of his head). Denver is completely unaware, looking down at the box that now has an open lid, with an arrow and small text above it saying "cakes/pastries".
Denver: "Oh wow, thanks, man!"
The boyfriend and best friend in the background have now turned around to hide their laughter.

Camera angle change. The boyfriend and best friend are now in the foreground, still trying (and failing) to stifle their laughter. They both have one hand up to their face to cover their mouth, and the other arm crosser over their middle (they mirror each other because Jez is left-handed).
Jez: "At least he managed not to trip over his own two feet this time..."
Michael: "Do you think Denver can tell how nervous he is?"
Jez: "I don't think so, which makes this so much funnier..."
Josh and Denver are now in the background.
Denver: "You want some?"
Josh: "Dude, NO. They're for you."
