emerging from the bushes to pulverize my enemies

i'm fluoxetine now which has really helped with the panic, anxiety, and OCD. i was taking a beta blocker twice a day for the actual palpitations and it didnt do shit until my doctor switched me to the extended release version. now i have significantly less but still some here and there

dude im so sorry you're going through this. i'm basically dealing with the same thing. i started having mine 7-8 ish years ago. saw a cardiologist then and said it was benign. but i have extreme health anxiety and OCD :/ so the palpitations only exacerbate that. the feeling of them SUCKS big time
