Agree with @bradspellberg.bsky.social it takes time and being persistent. Not backing down, but knowing when to compromise. The transplant surgeons at my place are much more amenable to oral now. And it takes unified messaging from other ID colleagues.

Never use to rule I. Or rule out active TB infection. Recently had a case of active TB with - IGRA and another with active M kansasi with +IGRA
