I have issues. PTSD, ADHD, Autism - this all adds up to getting angry too quickly especially when there is major change to my routine. When I am angry my PTSD then slaps me again with being overly apologetic and taking all the blame. I’m learning triggers and how to reel it in. I’m getting better.
