I’m visiting my mother-in-law in the hospital today. She’s part of the silent generation, much like my parents were. I can’t believe how many health problems she has, but she keeps on trucking. I hope I’m like that when I’m 85! Give ‘em hell, Yvonne. 😍

I left the Catholic Church about 5 years ago but I still greatly admired Pope Francis. He made significant changes to the church, in particular, he embraced inclusivity, advocated for the poor, and challenged traditional norms. The church still has a long way to go, but he moved the dial.

Sending those celebrities to space really angers me. It was a publicity stunt for Bezos. I would’ve preferred to see real female astronauts, who worked their whole careers for that honor, go instead. Meanwhile the real female astronauts are getting fired & their bios erased from the NASA website.
