Just putting it out there that slavery was absolutely horrible in every single way. As is the fallout we still live with socioeconomicly as a country from a history of legal slavery. Saying a person is not a person and legalizing it is in every way terrible.

Being a mom myself, but from a different culture, I think this is absolutely hilarious and I think moms all over the world would appreciate it (and find it funny) regardless of our background.

My 8yo loves graphic novels. Gets like 400 page books of them. I love that she loves reading. We never say no to an (age appropriate, as not all graphic novels are elementary school age appropriate topics) to books.

I can’t wait for Colbert to launch his own YouTube or other online show. And since he knows he’s got a year with CBS and they’ve already fired him, he’s got a year to say whatever he wants.
