Score! They’re going straight in the freezer. Not so they last, but because they’re superior when frozen. 😂

I picked a couple dozen aji limon/lemon drop peppers. Blitzed with garlic, salt and a little water, the mash will ferment for a day or two before I add cider vinegar and let it go another week. If it turns out, I’ll purée it until smooth and bottle it to store in the fridge.
