I also told my immediate supervisor how disrespectful that was, but I wish I called the person out directly.

I worked with a client in which the top level staff member on the team would be absent throughout the entire process, and then when the piece was done they would invariably have edits. After I put an hourly rate on revisions, it magically never happened again
