The next step is to take action! The Paycheck Fairness Act, would strengthen the Equal Pay Act of 1963 to combat pay discrimination, close the wage gap, protect workers from retaliation for discussing pay, ban the use of prior salary history, and codify pay data collection. #NativeWomensEqualPay
