The cost of insurance will rise as people will develop or return to unhealthy habits to deal with their mental health. They'll miss more work to deal with their kids who are now failing at school or whose mental health is in crisis now that their needed meds have been taken away.

The loss of these medications will create a massive issue for the working population. Productivity will drop. People will lose their jobs, either due to sudden drop in performance or more frequent absences.
