Haha yeah the Vessel isn't far from it. This is about 3 streets up from that, and on 11th Avenue. Not much else going around there as of yet, though a lot of constructions going on/waiting to start. You'd have definitely seen it from a distance, though. Just in a different phase of construction.

Ah! Not surprised if you've missed it. It's further out on the west side, most people don't really find themselves in the area.
