Delicious #vegan Christmas lunch with the Bosh mushroom wellington and roast potatoes, carrots, parsnips, cauliflower, brussels, cauliflower cheese, red cabbage, stuffing balls and pigs in duvets.

Very pretty evening in the cold and wet at RHS Harlow Carr Glo event in Harrogate. Made better by the #vegan Chinese takeaway from The Veggie Garden on the way home.

Knocked up a nice little #vegan lasagne tonight. I use the Happy Pear High Protein recipe.

Lovely #vegan tofu makhani at Mildred’s near Kings Cross. Haven’t been there for years but the food was still great.
