Academic (Open University), Quaker, systems thinker, EDI practitioner, cyclist, choral singer, parent, spouse. Introvert, but quite good at committees and networking. Christian-ish, socially progressive, economically soft-left. 🌈
Given how much trouble filesystems have with even accented versions of letters in the Latin alphabet, this makes me shudder. I've written quite a bit about the work of Donald Schön (theorist-practitioner of organisations & education); lost count of how many times I read things that call him Schon.

Alt text: a picture of a wealthy-looking white man, probably from the 19th century, sitting down in smart clothing and wearing some kind of jewellery of power. Google images and Wikipedia identify him as Clemens von Metternich, chancellor of the Austria Empire from 1821-1848.

I recently saw Suzanne Vega in concert, so the headline reminds me of her classic Marlene on the Wall:
"We skirt around the danger zone / and don't talk about it later"

The third photo looks alarmingly like you're sucking on the microphone cable. I'm not a sound engineer, but I suspect that's bad for the recording! 😂

Did you mean *weren't* baying for Labour blood? (If so I agree entirely, and in any case with the following sentence.)

Though it's rapidly on to the way to becoming either The Handmaid's Tale or The Matrix.

So long as those life decisions don't involve how to behave towards rodents or self-cleaning, I'll take my cat's view on most things.

To be fair, so do both Iceland and Malta. But I do agree that American states are weirdly disproportionate.
