The history of the present President of the United States is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world. He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good. He has assumed the position of President in violation of the United States Constitution, Amendment 14. He has forbidden his department heads to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them. He has impuned upon Representative Houses and individual legislators repeatedly, for opposing with proper firmness his invasions on the rights of the people. He has usurped powers delegated by constitution to the courts and legislature; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the States remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within. He has endeavored to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands. He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers, and for encouraging and partaking in the corruption of the courts of law and justice. He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and enabling the corruption of their offices through acceptance of payment or remuneration by gifts beyond their salaries and encouraged the corruption of the judiciary for the benefit of a few over the law and rights of the people. The Trump presidency is a violation of the Constitution. The Judiciary has been co-opted through corruption. Congress's powers have been usurped by the executive branch.
