I can say the Thermalright Phantom Spirit Evo 120 is a great cooler if you’re good with air cooled (and have a big enough case)

My newest build is low RGB, just the fans have it. No fancy RAM or GPU, but I like being able to set my cooler fans to color code to my CPU temperature.
