I find it super annoying on Android there’s no way to just disable play store apps rather than uninstalling them. All the older disablers seem broken, I guess cause of API changes.

Most people seem to be spending this week getting their boats hauled out. Such a waste. I'm burning some holiday over Thanksgiving here in the UK getting out and catching up on life outside of work from an alternative location. ⛵

I've run a lot of dev teams over the years, but never manager by name.
Now that I am.... Who else ends up concerned they aren't doing my enough even when things are running to schedule and milestones are hit? 😬🙄

As I’m not American and don’t want to spend the day doom scrolling polarising news outlets or dealing with tweets. I literally dug out an old PI and slapped PI Hole on it and immediately updated the block list…..

I can't believe what a hot mess Azure's onboarding process for getting us a tenant has been.
If it hadn't been broken before, we have found a way to break literally everything. Do they test? Or just test in production... with customers?

I don't commute much but I did get rid of my car. This Tern folding ebike is a life changer for getting to the station, the shops or further afield!

30th year of the Whitby Goth weekend in my hometown.
I was more punk than Goth but the Goth weekend was always a highlight whilst I lived and worked there. Such a friendly group of people. 😊

30th year of the Whitby Goth weekend in my hometown.
