I wanted (should have) turned around and asked if they would take their daughter to the hospital if she broke her leg… Sigh.

We've also had very good results - and ended up rerunning the assemblies with the raw data using Autocycler, which provided to also improve the overall assembly metrics and in some cases close the genomes.
