When I miss my migraine medication (even one dose), I get what's called "brain zaps." It literally feels like a lightning storm 🌩 in your brain.

I have one more recent one (new phone). This is literally the only time he's responded to me calling him in 6 years. 🤣 He got up really fast, then got mad that I was only taking a photo. Lol (I read smart dogs will "ignore" you, but they will move their ears in your direction to listen to you).

Part 1: Another good read. Re-expiriencing negative childhood feelings made the first 3 chapters hard. It's worth it to work through it even just to get to the parts that validate the changes I've made in the past few years.
