Surreal to have watched an entire online community die before my very eyes. As sad as it was I felt like I had to witness it. This promised "saving" of it is absurd and I feel in my bones that the app and algorithm we all knew and loved died last night and whatever returns will be tainted.

Nine years ago I tried to bake a cake for my boyfriend's birthday at 4 in the morning and set our old ass apartment oven to 450° instead of 350°, causing the fire alarm to go off. My baking skills have not improved much in the years since.
