That similar to how I cook. Pork loin that needed to be cooked is seasoned and seared in olive oil. Next whatever veggies that need to be used are sautéed (celery, carrots, potatoes, onions, shallots, diced tomatoes, etc.) It all goes in the crock pot for about 24 hours. This will be ready tonight.
