I knew that Mattie would be something sweet, warm, and cozy without being too complicated. Soren was almost too obvious (IYKYK), but it was so fitting, and honestly the implication is spot on if you apply it to the story. Erik was a little harder, because he's got a lot of nuance,

to heavy cream and whisk until it forms stiff peaks. Spoon whipped mixture over the top of the cocktail. Garnish with marshmallows dipped in chocolate and graham cracker crumbs.

Pour chocolate liqueur and regular Vodka into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Rim glass with chocolate syrup and graham cracker crumbs. Add 2 tsp. chocolate syrup to the bottom of your glass. Strain cocktail from shaker into glass. In a separate container, add s'mores-flavored Vodka

S'mores Cocktail from Total Wine:

- Ice
- 1 oz. chocolate Liqueur (dark or milk chocolate)
- 1/2 oz. Vodka
- Chocolate syrup
- Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup(s) heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. s'mores-flavored Vodka
- Marshmallows, for garnish

And honestly? I'd definitely be something sweet, because I have a sweet tooth. I think I would be a s'mores cocktail. (Recipe below!)
