Played a Christmas concert in Sonoma and this was the menu before the concert. This took me on a trip!

Processing some peppers for sauce today and couldn’t get over how beautiful these things are. They’re Sugar Rush Peach peppers. Some call them Peach Stripey peppers. Some even call them Stripey Bacon because they resemble bacon strips. The air is spicy in here.

May have underestimated how big those sweet potatoes were. This is a half sheet pan size, btw. Guess I’m gonna have leftovers for days!
