Even as I sit here, in front of my in-laws' fire wrapped in fleece, there are beautiful moments blooming around us here in New Zealand - just like this one.

Last night's American inspired meal - BBQ chicken, mac n cheese, and some AMAZING sesame bread from the bakery around the corner. All topped off with a glass of peach iced tea. My heart screams for you guys, but my brain is happy to be living on an island in the Pacific 😅💔
