I've been advocating for interdisciplinary teams to create narrative descriptions of what our climate changed future might look like as a way of synthesizing different fields of information to help us prepare and this group took a stab at it.

the major questions doctrine was pretty much born in UARG v EPA (2014), a Scalia case (partially) upholding Clean Air Act regulation of GHGs, so... i would say its not that compelling!
