Soooooo, one of us had her dates wrong and it wasn’t you. Definitely thought I had read tariffs were coming into effect on April 4th. Didn’t even notice the affect/effect. Cuing up the adrenaline again…

Yes. I think it leads to a castle mentality because people interact less and less with third spaces and get less passive exposure to the people around them. If you can just order everything to your door you don’t need to go out, which leads to higher levels of isolation and less sense of community.
