Colorado just notified us today that we'll see full benefits starting today. People are ANXIOUS! Literally in the grocery store parking lot hitting refresh to see if they're there yet (not yet 😔).

I don't know what Oregon law is regarding cats but some states like Idaho consider cats "vermin" so there's basically no such thing as animal abuse when it comes to cats. I would hope that Oregon isn't as draconian as Idaho!

You would be correct. My husband is a Dasher and the tips have been abysmal the last several months. Either completely stiffing the driver or tipping 25 or 50 cents. Even w DD adding money, those orders take forever bcuz no one wants to drive 20 miles for 4 dollars.
