Sourdough for today. It’s been a few weeks and it was time to make some. Flour touched water a bit over 25 hours ago. A couple more hours and I can slice it.

I got this baked later than I wanted to but I finally made a nice Dundee cake. I think it’s a bit over baked - but that’s just a lesson to learn for the next one.
