Kawthar Ibrahim completed a 50-hour research placement in our lab this semester, contributing to several projects. Last week, she had the exciting experience of sharing her contributions in a poster session. And, she smashed it! Well done, Kawthar!
Last week, three of our lab members - Queeneth, James and Sami - presented their research on the @mqpsy.bsky.social undergraduate research conference (hosted by student societies). They all did an exceptional job! 🌟

Congrats to lab members Dora Zhang and @aormond95.bsky.social, who were awarded a collaborative research grant from the Society of Australasian Social Psychologists. They will look at how culture affects perceptions of sexual harassment.

📢🚨My newest publication - and final publication from my PhD - came out today! With my PhD supervisors @celinevangolde.bsky.social and Helen Paterson, I conducted two mock juror studies to see if demonstrating IB and expert evidence can improve perceptions of witness inattentional blindness 🧵 /5
