Yes, the whole thing is unacceptable, but directly challenging Trump in the current climate is unlikely to have any positive results, but if they can undermine the tactic by going back to the topic he was trying to dodge, it could stop him from going down that route.

Since Alaska was once part of Russia and has lots of minerals, how would Trump react to it being annexed by Russia, with claims that he was liberating a part of Russia from a corrupt regime and was being welcomed by the population.

The difference here, is that this isn't a change in behaviour, Trump has always acted like this, only now they don't have an editing team, like he had on the Apprentice, to take out all of the unbroadcastable stuff, instead it all goes out live to the world.

Dad died as a result of it/pneumonia, not sure Trump has dementia yet, he certainly has Narcissistic personality disorder and a low IQ.

I'm in the UK and during my last hospital stay (about 2 years ago) the nurses were the ones who actually helped my recovery. The doctors looked at scan results and told me how bad the situation was and that was about all.

Most people have a filter on what they say, so they may think something and then a part of their brain steps in and says maybe you shouldn't say that. Trump has never had that filter.
