Isn't Farage going to need to appoint a new king to sign off his legislation when he becomes PM?

Nightmare scenario: Trump, Farage and Andrew partying at Windsor Castle ☠️☠️☠️

Your comment made me wonder if Tim's books should be retold as sci fi from the perspective of Priti (played by you of course) who undergoes a process of Regeneration into Suella.

Regeneration is triggered when the Evil Time Lord suffers a catastrophic cock up that causes their political death.

Yes, the wives, that's what I associate with Henry VIII from school. Was never taught the collapse of the monastic welfare system after dissolution caused the poor, sick, and travelers to lose a major source of aid leading to a rise poverty, which led to a serious problem in Tudor England.

And Henry VIII was vain, impulsive, and intolerant of opposition, and has a suit of armour with an enormous cod piece !

What a great role model for young men !!!

I know studying the Tudors explains the creation of the modern British state and explains how Britain’s political system evolved. However, kids study a glutton who executed two of his six wives and several close friends and advisors; and used coercive control, fear, cruelty, to maintain power.

Learn analytical skills of collecting, selecting, and using evidence to build and defend reasoned conclusions. If they really enjoy it apply to study history, law or politics or keep working at it as a hobby.

To keep within time an alternative would be to cover just 1 set of adjacent empires of their choice, analyze arguments, question evidence, and evaluate interpretations.Interrogate sources to assess bias, reliability, and perspective...
