Next week I’m off work and thinking of 2 days, 1 night with the kids (13). Last Easter we went to Liverpool. Not London as their Dad (working) will be jealous. Ideas…Manchester? Blackpool? Weather looks a bit meh. Not too far from home (Lichfield). Hit me with your suggestions!

Today is Rare Disease Day. In October my (now 80) year old Mom was diagnosed with a rare disease - Trigeminal Neuralgia. It’s been a heck of a learning journey about this terrible disease and supporting her in navigating getting the right help and get her out of excruciating pain.
