In spring 2020 we got 8 chicks, identified for us as hens. We named them all after female characters in HP (would not do so now). Three of them, Minerva, Lily, and Petunia, were actually roosters. Turns out, sexing creatures at birth isn’t foolproof and you should let them tell you who they are.

That’s what will have to happen. Single doses are more expensive, so some places just won’t be able to afford to offer them at all, so fewer people will get them. It will only hurt people.

But the primary uses ranked choice. Yes, it’ll take a while to count up all the second, third, fourth, and fifth choice votes, but there won’t be a head-to-head run off and the math strongly suggests Mamdani will still win.
